The staff here were incredibly helpful, and the room I had was spacious, air-conditioned, with a comfortable queen-size bed, and offered a nice view over the Prati district.

They gave a superior room with a bathtub and balcony plus 2 bathrooms as we booked. Exceptional service was provided here. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The service in the restaurant was very friendly.
Since we got the wrong room, a man at the reception always used 'yes but...'. He said it was this room we booked, which was wrong. We turned to his superior and he credited us a sum. Nevertheless we only got back 120€ for 6 nights, and that over New Year. In my opinion, something went wrong.

Hotel in a calm and quiet zone. Located in between the Vatican and the historical zone. Majority of historical places reacheable in a walking distance. For the others, Metro station in less than 100 meters. Very clean and confortable. Good breakfast. Friendly and competent personnel. It has free wi-fi in the lobby.

The first night we were close to the lift and some students were speacking in the corridor at 3am. But the staff change us the room and it was fantastic
